The following relates to all competitions unless stated otherwise within the schedule or on the web for specific competitions:

1. No responsibility will be accepted by the Bryneglwys Show Committee, the Landowners or anyone involved with the running of the Show for any accident, loss or damage to any animal, property, competitor, spectator or any other person, howsoever caused.

2. The Main Marquee will be open for exhibits at 9:00am

3. All Main Marquee exhibits must be staged and ready for judging by 10:45am prompt, and must not be removed before 4:30pm. All exhibits to be numbered by the entrant in the Main Marquee on Show Day using numbers provided by the Main Marquee Secretary.

4. All entries must be home made / home grown as appropriate for the section and individual ingredients to be used in all cookery competitions (no packet mix).

5. There is no maximum number of entries per class per person.

6. The Committee cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of entries.

7. All prizes, rosettes and trophies must be claimed by prize winners at the Main Marquee on Show Day. Any claim after this date will not be awarded.

8. In the event of any dispute, the judge's decision is final.

9. All perpetual cups and shields won at the 2018 Show to be returned to the Secretary, Mr Martin Mortimer, at Tal y Bidwal Fawr, Bryneglwys, LL21 9NB by 20th July 2019, telephone 01490 450 224. All perpetual cups and shields won at the 2019 Show to be returned promptly all as to be indicated in the 2020 Show Schedule.

10. By entering in any class, you are deemed to have agreed to abide by theses rules.

11. All trade stall holders are required to have public liability insurance, original certificates, within date, to meet legal requirements and to be provided on the day of the Show.

12. All dogs must be kept on a lead when not competing.

13. All stock must be accompanied by appropriate documentation and to have a handler present during judging.

14. Judges are not allowed to enter competitions in which they are judging.
